Her educational journey began at St. John's Nursery and Primary School, Otukpo, where she bagged her first school leaving certificate and proceeded to Wesley High School Otukpo for her secondary education and bagged he Senior Secondary School Certificate.

Hon. Adoyi pursued a career in Hospitality and Tourism Industry, studied Hotel and Catering Management at Benue State Polytechnics Ugbokolo where she bagged her Diploma.

After she gained valuable industrial experience in the Federal Capital Territory-FCT, Abuja, she quested for more dexterity in her field, and then pursued her further expertise in South Africa, where she worked with the renowned Protea Groups,

During her time in South Africa, she furthered her education in Hospitality and Tourism with the Protea Groups and acquired more certifications and practical prowesses to a doctorate level.

She bagged Africa-certificates in Hotel and Guest Relations,
Labour and employment, the feats and fields that positions her as fit for human capital development, resource management, and public relations.

As a seasoned professional, Hon. Adoyi contributed significantly to Protea's West African Hotel operations, leveraging her expertise to drive successes to those companies!

Her extensive experience and knowledge have equipped her to lead and inspire others.

Hon. Lilian Adoyi's heritage is rooted in her rich cultural background, one reason she absolutely believe in the ideology of the Echija Cultural Heritage.
