Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu in collaboration with NEMA donate foodstuff to 500 displaced persons by Boko Haram insurgents in Biu.

The federal lawmaker representing Biu, Bayo, Kwaya kusar, and Shani federal constituency, Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu through NEMA donated foodstuff to 500 displaced persons as a result of the Boko Haram insurgency in Biu. This move is part of the Rt. Hon's humanitarian assistance to his constituents who suffered calamitous events. The flag-off distribution of the foodstuff was done in front of the emir's palace by representatives of the Rt. Hon. Member amidst a large number of constituents.
Constituents affected by Boko Haram cut across some wards especially, Mandaragirau, Gur and Buratai. And this will no doubt bring succor to their predicament.
