Sheikh Abduljabbar Ya Shigar Da Sabon Korafi Gaban Kotun Daukaka Kara

Fitaccen malamin nan na birnin Kano, Sheikh Abduljabbar Sheikh Nasir Kabara, wanda ke tsare a gidan gyaran hali na Kuje da ke Abuja, ya sake mika wata sabuwar takardar korafi zuwa ga Kotun Daukaka Kara da ke zamanta a Kano (Kano Division).

Malamin ya shigar da wannan korafi ne sakamakon wani sako da ya ce ya samu daga hannun Shugaban Sashin Shari’a (H.O.D Litigation) na kotun ta wayar tarho a ranar 31 ga watan Maris, 2026, inda aka sanar da shi cewa kotun za ta aika masa da sanarwar ranar zama (Hearing Notice).

Abubuwan Da Takardar Ke Kunsa

A cikin takardar mai shafuka biyar, wadda wakilan kwamitin shaidunsa (Eye-witnesses committee) s**a mika wa kotun a ranar Talata, 7 ga Afrilu, 2026, Sheikh Abduljabbar ya bayyana damuwarsa kan yadda shari’ar ke tafiya.

Manyan korafe-korafensa sun hada da:
• Batun Sauya Kurkuku: Malamin ya koka kan yadda aka canja masa wurin tsarewa daga Kurmawa da ke Kano zuwa Kuje da ke Abuja a ranar 14 ga Oktoba, 2025, ba tare da barinsa ya kwashi muhimman takardunsa na shari’a ba.

• Rashin Takardun Shari'a: Ya bayyana cewa ya shafe watanni biyar bai san halin da takardunsa suke ciki ba, kuma mahukuntan gidan yarin ba su ba shi damar duba su ba yayin da ake shirin mayar da shi Abuja.

• Hakin Kare Kai: Ya dogara da sashi na 36 (6) na Kundin Tsarin Mulkin Najeriya na shekarar 1999 (kamar yadda aka yi wa gyara), wajen neman kotu ta ba shi damar tsayawa ya kare kansa da kansa.

Bukatun Sheikh Abduljabbar

Daga karshe, malamin ya bukaci Kotun Daukaka Kara da ta amince masa da abubuwa guda uku kafin a ci gaba da sauraron karar:

• A mayar da shi gidan gyaran hali na Kurmawa da ke Kano domin ya tantance halin da takardunsa suke ciki.

• Idan an samu wasu daga cikin takardun sun bace ko an sauya su, a ba shi damar maido da su yadda suke.

• Sai ya tabbatar da cewa takardunsa suna nan daram, sannan kotu ta ba shi sanarwar ranar zama (Hearing Notice) da kuma takardar sammaci (Warrant) na halartar zaman kotun don gabatar da hujjojinsa (Adoption).

Sheikh Abduljabbar ya karkare takardar tasa da cewa tunda aka tsare shi a ranar 16 ga Yuli, 2021, bai taba aikata wani laifi ba, kuma yana rokon kotun da ta duba lamarinsa cikin adalci.

Ya zuwa lokacin hada wannan rahoton, kotun ba ta riga ta ba da wata sanarwa a kan wannan sabon korafi ba.

Idan aka yi duba na tsanaki tin daga kan taken da ya yiwa baitikan, zuwa kalmomin ciki, za'a riski saƙonni da dama, daga ciki:-
-Rarrashin zuƙata da suke raurawa a duk lokacin da s**a ji wani zance mara daɗi da aka yaɗa game da shi.

-Fitowa da duniya wasu sirrika da Malam ya keɓanta dasu tin daga haifarsa da kuma sunan da aka saka masa.

-Ƙara jaddada imani da tawakkali ga Ubangiji a duk sanda maƙiya s**a shirya masa kaidi, tare da bayyana yaƙinin cewa ALLAH zai tsallakar dashi.

-Fallasa asirin masu yaɗa ƙarairayi game dashi, da kuma yi musu hannunka mai sanda.

MU DUBA WASU GAƁOƁI KAMAR HAKA:

Ƙasidar (Nuniyyah) ce, ƙafiyarta tana karewa da harafin "نون" shi kuma yana da wani sirri na daban a cikin harufa.
Tana da ɗango uku uku kowanne baiti, sai kuma cikar na huɗun wanda shine saukar ƙafiya.

Ma'anarsa: Sandar iko (mulki) ta sarki ALJABBARU a hannun bawan Allah ALJABBARU.

Take taken baitika zaka fahimci cewa marubucin ya kore duk wani tasirin iko da ƙarfin mulki daga hannun halittu zuwa ga Mahalicci ALJABBARU, wanda yake isti'ana da sandar ikonsa wadda yake ara masa tajallinta wajen lalata kaidin masu yi masa kaidi ko cutarwa.

Sannan ita kalmar جبر wadda dake ita aka ciro kalmar جبار tana cikin kalmomi da suke ɗaukar ma'anarsu kuma su dauki ma'anar kishiyarsu. Ma'ana tana ɗaukar ma'anar karya wani abu, kuma tana ɗaukar ma'anar ɗora karayar duk ita kaɗai.

MU DUBA SASHIN BAITIKA:

Malam yace:
وَمُذْ كُنتُ الْمُضَافَ لاَ أَشْقَى * إِلى الْجَبَّارِ شَكْوَتِي تَرْقَى
وَكَسْرِي كَفُّ جَبْرِهِ يَلْـقَى * وَمَـهْـمَا الآدَمِـيُّ آذَانِـــي
"Tinda na kasance abin jinginawa (zuwa ga ALJABBARU) ba zan taɓa taɓewa ba, kuma izuwa gareshi dukkan kai kukana yake tafiya.
Karayata ko gazawata da tafin ikonsa nake riskar ɗori ko mafita, a duk sanda da duk yadda wani ɗan adam ya kai ga cutarwa gareni"

A BAITI NA GABA YACI GABA DA CEWA:
وَمُـذْ كُـنْـتُ الْـمُرَادَ لِلْبَـارِي * أَضَــافُـونِي إِلَـيْهِ جَــبَّـارِي
أَبـى إِلاَّ إِلَـيْهِ إِجْـــبَــارِي * أَبِــيْ مِـنْ أَجْلِ ذَاكَ سَمَّانِي
"Tinda na kasance abin nufi ga Mahalicci, sai (Iyaye) s**a jinginani gareshi suke kirana (JABBARIY), sai Allah ya kore tursasuwata ga kowa sai gareSHI, kuma saboda haka ne mahaifina ya kirani da wannan suna"

A ƊAYA BAITIN SAI MALAM YACE:
بِـرَبِّي أَحْـتَمِي إِذَا صَاحُوا * وَرَدِّي بِـاسْـمِـهِ إذا بَــاحُـوا
هَـنِيئاً لِي بِكَيْـدِ مَنْ نَاحُوا * إذا مَـا اللَّه مِـنْـهُ أَنْــجَــانِي
"Da Ubangijina nake neman kariya a duk lokacin da (magauta) s**ai min kwarmato, martanina garesu da sunansa ne (ALJABBARU) duk sanda s**ai, madalla gareni da kaidin mai kukan ƙarya, tinda dai ALLAH yana tsaratar dani daga garshi a ko yaushe".

TAMBIHI:
Waɗannan baitika da ma sauran da ba'a saki ba, sunzo ne a daidai gaɓar da wasu magauta suke yaɗa ƙarairayi game da lafiyar Maulanah Amirul wa'iziyna, a baya sun fara yaɗa cewa yana kwance yana fama da jinya, bayan wani bidiyo ya fito aka hangoshi cikin kuzari da ƙarfin jiki yana gaisawa da jama'a, sai s**a juya abun izuwa larurar ƙwakwala (wal iyazubillah). Tare da cewa sun sani kaf malaman Nigeria shi kaɗai ne yake da shaida rubutacciya ta likita akan lafiyar ƙwaƙwalwarsa da cikar hankalinsa, wanda nasan in suna da gwanaye to tabbas nasu gwanayen basu da irin wannan shaidar sai dai zato.

Yanzu ya isa amsa ga mai hankali, kowa yasan waƙa tana cikin fanni mafi wahala, wasu ma suna ganin sai ɗan baiwa ne yake iya yinta, komai iliminsa komai hankalinsa, kenan yanzu da'awarsu ta biyu ta bayyana fiili cewa ba gaskiya ba ce.

A karshe kuma, wadannan sakonni dake cikin wadannan baitika suna ƙara nuna mana nutsuwar Malam Abduljabbar da Ubangijinsa, da kuma karfin tawakkalinsa gareshi, don haka yan uwa mu kara yaƙini da Allah, muci gaba da aiki, a ci gaba da kai kuka ga Allah, tabbas hasken alfijir ya kusa ketowa.

Sheikh Abduljjabar's fundamental human rights have been abused and violated. He is politically tried and convicted of blasphemy by the Ganduje administration because he spoke against the inconclusive election. The Upper Shari'a court convicted him for blasphemy, which the Sheikh strongly rejected, and appealed. Since the trial, he lodged an appeal to the verdict. It is now 2 years, and the appeal is unmoved.

Sheikh Abduljabbar's fundamental human rights have been violated under the auspices of Abba Kabir Yusuf, Kano State governor. The appeal has been delayed intentionally to prolong the sheikh staying in prison unjustly. The Sheikh is not asking for pardon or any privilege from the current Kano State Government but for them to allow the appeal to continue with speed and stay objective in the case.

We call on the Kano State Government to look at this matter with great urgency to open his case and conclude it as he spends 4 years in detention. Sheikh Abduljjabar is an influential figure, with about 3 million followers across Nigeria. He deserves justice and his fundamental human rights to be fully restored. We hope the Kano State Government, under the watch of Abba Kabir Yusuf, will do something urgently about this case, as the sheikh is in his fifth year of detention.

MUJAMMA'U ASHABIL KAHFI vs POLITICIANS!

To begin with, I wish to draw the attention of anyone who comes across this statement to understand that Mujamma’u Ashabil Kahfi Warraqimi, under the leadership of the Peace Ambassador Sheikh Abduljabbar Nasiru Kabara (may Allah preserve him), is not a political movement or party. It was established with the noble objective of promoting unity among Muslims and teaching the authentic message of Islam in accordance with the remembrance (Zikr) of Allah as transmitted in the language of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).

The foundation also stands to defend the honor of the Prophet (SAWA), his pure family, and his noble parents. This is the lifelong mission to which its leader has devoted his life.

Due to the extent to which politics has infiltrated every sector of our society – including the affairs of scholars, traditional rulers, and government institutions – it has become difficult for people to distinguish truth from falsehood. Consequently, some individuals, whether knowingly or ignorantly, have associated the leader of this center with political groups or parties. This may have been because of the goodwill he once extended even to those who later turned against him – particularly after former Kano State Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje took up hostility against him years ago. Since then, Sheikh Abduljabbar has been facing persecution based on false accusations and distorted interpretations of his lectures. He has now spent nearly five years in detention, having appealed his case, yet the Kano State Government – the respondent – has shown no concern, delaying the hearing and denying him justice, despite his former goodwill toward them.

At this point, it is necessary to clarify the following:-

-It is now beyond dispute that politics played a major role (about 80%) in the ordeal of Sheikh Abduljabbar. Even the current Deputy Governor of Kano State publicly admitted this fact, proving that many who once misunderstood the situation now understand it clearly.The accusations of blasphemy against Sheikh Abduljabbar are false and politically motivated – a deception of the masses to destroy a scholar’s reputation.
The then-governor, Ganduje, openly declared that their action against Sheikh Abduljabbar was meant to prevent him from gaining influence and attracting a growing following. This, indeed, was not about faith – it was about power.

-During the 2023 elections, the signs were clear. Sheikh Abduljabbar had earlier instructed his followers to register and vote out the former government, believing that truth would prevail. His followers responded in large numbers, participated actively, and defended their votes until the government was changed through the electoral process. Even after the case went to court, justice was eventually delivered in favor of the new administration.
Thus, the outcome reflected the power of truth and people’s will.

-When the present Kano State Government assumed power, even many opposition figures believed that Sheikh Abduljabbar’s struggle contributed significantly to their victory. In 2019, after the disputed election was declared “inconclusive,” Sheikh Abduljabbar’s remarks on justice and integrity became a rallying point for those seeking change. Ironically, the same issue was used against the ruling party’s opponents in 2023 under the slogan: “If we win, we will release Sheikh Abduljabbar.” While they intended to use this as a political weapon, it turned out to work against them – because the people overwhelmingly voted for justice as never before in Kano’s democratic history.

-However, it is disheartening that the current government’s treatment of the Qadiriyya Order (to which Sheikh Abduljabbar belongs) can best be described as cold and dismissive, bordering on religious marginalization.Human rights organizations and well-meaning individuals have now begun calling on President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to personally intervene in Sheikh Abduljabbar’s case and ensure that justice is done. We, too, strongly join this call for fairness and transparency.We wish to make it clear that our allegiance lies solely with Sheikh Abduljabbar Kabara, who remains our leader and spiritual guide. We are loyal followers and will always stand with anyone who stands for justice and kindness toward him. Similarly, we will not forget anyone who wronged him, ignored his suffering, or failed to prevent injustice when they could have done so. In the eyes of truth, such people are equal in guilt.

-As we have stated earlier, Ashabul Kahfi – together with its millions of followers in Nigeria and beyond – is not a political organization. We hold no enmity toward any political party or individual except those who have actively oppressed or persecuted us.

-Therefore, as long as justice and fairness prevail under the leadership of Nigeria’s President, we shall reciprocate with massive support in future elections, God willing.Conclusion:Our position is clear: our leader is Sheikh Abduljabbar, and he has been wronged. Whoever contributed to his suffering stands against us, and there will be accountability before God on the Day of Judgment. But whoever aids him, ensures justice, and helps expose the injustice done to him – such a person shall surely be rewarded with the goodwill and prayers of millions of sincere followers, and with divine blessings, in this world and the hereafter.
