Borno Youth Generation Held An Executive Meeting, The Acting President Announced 3 Appointments...

Yesterday, Borno Youth Generation Held It's Monthly Meeting With The New Acting President. The Meeting Was Convened To Discuss On Various Issues Affecting The Association Including The Introduction Of A New Project Titled "Hospital Visitation" The Project Is Aimed At Providing Emotional Supports And Care To The Hospitalized Patients.

During The Meeting, The Immediate Passed President Hon Mohammed Lawan Amsami Appreciated And Thanked The Members Of The Association For Supporting Him Throughout His Tenure And Sought Their Forgive For All The Wrongs Knowingly And Unknowingly.

The Acting President, Sen. Hussaini Daja Damboa called On The Entire Members To Solidly Stand On Their Feats And Show An Exemplary Skills Of Leadership That The Community Would Be Proud Of. Furthermore, The Ag. President Announced The Appointment Of Yakubu Mustapha As The Ag. Secretary General, Muhammad Bukar Dikwa As The Ag. Head Of Service And Muhammad Aji modu As The Ag. Director Of Welfare.

Lastly, The Ag. President Commented The Entire Members For Their Commitments, Sacrifices And Dedication Towards The Progress And Development Of The Association. Moreso, The Members Had Discussed On The Ways To Increase Membership And Proposed Strategies To Attract New Members.

THEME: BORNO YOUTH GENERATION
Borno Youth Generation is a youth association that links young people from and across North,Central and Southern part of Borno State with the opportunity to learn about policy, speak to people in power about issues affecting them, and explore new and creative ways to raise awareness and mobilize for change.
The association will also serve as an initiative that will equip young people with "Skills Acquisition" and reduce unemployment among others as well as grassroots mobilization on education and the impact of drug abuse in creating campaigns to address issues that are relevant to them and influence policies that have an impact on them and to meaningfully participate in the social development goals of their communities.
With the power of collective ideas, we will strive for Borno Youths to emerge from opportunities with tangible commitments, reinforcing our dedication to a future where skills is not only a catalyst for community development but also a driver of environmental stewardship,"

Borno Youth Generation's President Takes Temporary Leave; Appoints Acting President...

To all members, stakeholders, and the general public,

We wish to announce that the President of Borno Youth Generation, Comr. Hon. ML Amsami has decided to take a temporary break from his duties. During this period, he has appointed Hussaini Daja Damboa as the Acting President of the association.

Hussaini Daja Damboa who happen to be the Head of service of the association and contributed immensely in uplifting the association.

The Acting President will oversee the day-to-day activities and ensure the smooth operation of the association until further notice.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this transition period.
