Established in 2017, Gwange Youth Initiative and Development Association (GYIDA) is a youth-led
non-governmental organization which operates by principle of non-discrimination,
transparency in rendering specialized services, responses and assistance to individuals and
families in need. GYIDA provide services and assistance in the areas of
Health, Education, Gender Based Violence (GBV), peac

ebuilding, data collection and
analysis, humanitarian and development research and analysis. The organization is looking forward to recruit a community-based volunteers willing to work

We are thrilled to share that Gwange Youth Initiative and Development Association has recently distributed over 50 sallah clothes to the orphans and less privileged students in Gwange community

This incredible gesture wouldn't have been possible without the generous support of our very own Gwange II Ward Youth Leader, Hon. Abubakar Sadiq. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our community members for their support and commitment to making a difference in Gwange community.

The smiles on the faces of the recipients were truly priceless, and we're honored to have been a part of spreading joy and hope to those who need it most.

Network of Civil Society Organizations Borno State, in collaboration with the State Emergency Medical Services and Ambulance System (SEMSAS), recently organized a community engagement and sensitization program aimed at educating our community members on the importance of emergency medical services in our communities.

The program, which brought together community organizations, was designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to step down the training to community members, ensuring that everyone in the community is aware of the free medical services.

We are grateful to SEMSAS for this wonderful initiative and appreciate the efforts of the Network of Civil Society Organizations Borno State for organizing this event.
