Borno Youth Charity Foundation (BYCF) Commends Son Kowa Association for Supporting Orphans with Sallah Clothes
The Borno Youth Charity Foundation (BYCF) wishes to commend the Son Kowa Association (SKA) for organizing and sponsoring the distribution of Sallah clothes to orphans in the Gonidamgari community.
The event, which took place yesterday, was attended by the President of the Foundation, Mustapha Muhammad Adam, alongside some executive members of BYCF include;
1- Lawisat Muhammad- Ass. Secretary General
2- Muhammad Ibn Bunu - SSA LGA Affairs
3- Mal. Musa Goni - Organising Secretary I
4- Hadiza Yusuf - Ass. Director of Welfare
5- Fatima Alkali Muhammad - Ass. Treasurer
The initiative provided much-needed support and joy to many orphaned children in the community ahead of the Sallah celebration.
Speaking during the distribution, the President of BYCF, Mustapha Muhammad Adam, praised Son Kowa Association for its compassion, generosity, and unwavering commitment to supporting orphans and vulnerable families. He noted that such humanitarian gestures demonstrate the true spirit of community service and solidarity.
He also called on guardians of the beneficiaries to make good use of such opportunities by guiding and nurturing the children to develop good character, discipline, and positive values that will help shape their future.
The Borno Youth Charity Foundation expresses its sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of this initiative. The Foundation further encourages individuals, youth groups, and community-based organizations to continue supporting orphans and the less privileged, especially during festive periods.
