Here are the Mission, Vision, Mandate, Aims, and Objectives for Bole Humanitarian Foundation (BHF):

*Mission:*
To provide timely and effective humanitarian assistance to vulnerable communities in Borno State, Nigeria, with a focus on alleviating human suffering, promoting dignity, and supporting sustainable development.

*Vision:*
A future where all individuals in Borno State have access to basic needs, rights, and opportunities, and are empowered to build resilient and thriving communities.

*Mandate:*
To respond to humanitarian needs, promote community development, and advocate for the rights and well-being of vulnerable populations in Borno State, Nigeria.

*Aims:*

- Provide emergency assistance and relief to affected populations
- Support community development and livelihood programs
- Advocate for the rights and needs of vulnerable populations
- Build partnerships and collaborations with stakeholders
- Promote accountability, transparency, and good governance

*Objectives:*

- Deliver timely and effective humanitarian assistance to at least 500 households annually
- Implement community development projects in at least 3 communities per year
- Advocate for policy changes and resource allocation to benefit vulnerable populations
- Establish partnerships with at least 3 local organizations and 2 international organizations per year
- Maintain a high level of accountability and transparency in all operations and programs.
