Initiative for Community Health and Crisis Response (ICHCR) in collaboration with Borno State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development engaged Religious, Community leaders and men on Gender Based Violence and other harmful practices in Mafa Local Government.
UNICEF funded project in Mafa Local government.

Strengthening Reconciliation and Reintegration pathways for persons associated with non-state armed groups, and communities of reintegration, including women and children, in Northeast Nigeria. A UNDP funded implemented by ICHCR in Bama LGA.
ICHCR sensitized 2,500 male and female including women formerly associated with armed group, returnees, community members and key stakeholders on peace building and reintegration during the months of April to July 2025.
