The CEO Tazan Saahibafatiu Onimisi Foundation Amb Tazan Saahibaftiu Onimisi on Friday expressed Victory For the ruling All progressive congress in the state come November11 2023 as major political parties have conducted primaries with flag bearers to fly various political parties ticket at the Poll.
Hon Tazan Saahibfatiu Onimisi charges Kogi State students Youths, Wómen and PLWDS to canvas for Vote, Engage in Door 2 Door campaigns Volunteering in ensuring that the will of the people prevail and The Progressive mandate Emmerges victoriously.
According to TSOF the assurances given by Governor Yahaya Bello that He Would hand over governance to the youth is true (APC flag bearer is below 45 Years Of Age). you would agree with me that no Governor in 'Nigeria engaged “reasonable numbers ” of Youth women and PLWDS in various political appointment and enpowermrnt through out the states and Nigeria at large.
The Chief Executive officer TSOF Amb Tazan , expressed this view in a statement titled, Kogi'23 Elections: TSOF appeals for calm, unity,peace, Consolidation and Progress.
The statement reads, “The Management Of TSOF has noted with deep concern the recent developments in the state political atmosphere following the conduct of Gubernatorial primaries accros all political parties, selfish political leadership continue to preach Ethnic dis integration and marginalization.
“Elections are vital for our State stability and democratic consolidation, and so the process must be conducted and concluded Peacefully. Religion or ethnic background shouldn't be a primary templates in supporting a candidate Emmergence.
“For this reason, we urge political parties, candidates, supporters and the public to desist from any action that could create needless tension or stoke any form of violence that could put the state on a precipice.
“TSOF specifically asks all candidates to abide by the spirit Of putting kogi state first. We remind them that this is the only state we have, and we must do everything to keep it safe, united and peaceful.
We commend the efforts of the Executive Governor Of Kogi Alh Yahaya Adoza Bello for his unifier spirit Thus on behalf of My staff and family I Pass a vote of Confidence on his Leadership charisma, political protitude and fairness to all.
