“On April 6th, 2026… we showed up with a mission.” 👓

From the early hours of the day, the Tig Medicare Foundation outreach came to life. Patients arrived, hopeful and expectant — and our team was ready.
Consultations began.
Eyes were examined.
Stories were shared.

One after another, patients were attended to at the clinic, receiving professional care, accurate diagnoses, and prescriptions for glasses that would change how they see the world.
It wasn’t just about eye tests — it was about restoring clarity, confidence, and comfort.

Through every interaction, every smile, and every “thank you,” we were reminded that impact goes beyond numbers… it’s in the lives we touch.
April 6th wasn’t just a date — it was a day of vision, service, and lasting change.

“Smiles, gratitude, and clearer vision! 👓

It’s been heartwarming to see some of our beneficiaries come in to receive their glasses and go through the necessary counselling — ensuring they get the best out of their new lenses. The joy and renewed confidence on their faces says it all!

⚠️ Please note: Collection comes with essential counselling, so patients are required to come in person. Dispatch riders or third parties will not be allowed to pick up glasses on your behalf.

Thanks to the generous support of Enny Eye Care, a few of the 100 free glasses from our TIG Medicare Foundation Medical Outreach are now ready for collection.

We are pleased to inform our patients that distribution is ongoing. Kindly ensure that the phone number you used during registration is active, as patients will be contacted individually.

⚠️ Please note: Collection of glasses comes with essential counselling, so patients are required to come in person. Do not send dispatch riders or representatives to pick up your glasses.

What a day it was! Our outreach was made possible by an incredible team of both medical and non-medical volunteers who showed up, gave their time, and truly made a difference. From consultations to coordination, every role mattered and every effort counted.

Not all heroes wear lab coats — some work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. Together, we brought quality healthcare closer to the people, and this is what true community impact looks like.
