These are real myths we hear in classrooms:
❌ "You can't bathe on your period." ✅ Bathing keeps you clean and can even ease cramps.
❌ "Period blood is dirty." ✅ It's normal blood and tissue from the uterus.
❌ "Periods should be a secret.""✅ Talking about periods keeps girls healthy and in school.

Your first period is coming. Here's what nobody told us at 11. 🌸

👉🏾 Swipe for 4 things every girl should know:
1️⃣ Most girls start between 10 and 15. Earlier or later can still be normal.
2️⃣ In the first couple of years, periods can be irregular. That's common.
3️⃣ Build a period kit: pads, clean underwear, wipes and a small bag.
4️⃣ Periods are healthy and normal, never something to be ashamed of.
