INTRODUCING TO YOU FUTURE FORWARD YOUTHS INITIATIVE (FFYI)

Future Forward Youths Initiative (FFYI) is a dynamic, youth-driven platform committed to empowering young people with the skills, values, and opportunities needed to shape a progressive and inclusive future.

Founded on the principles of leadership, innovation, civic responsibility, and sustainable development, the Initiative serves as a catalyst for positive change by mobilising youths to become active contributors to social, economic, and community development.

Through advocacy, capacity-building programmes, mentorship, community engagement, and policy awareness, Future Forward Youths Initiative equips young people to think forward, act responsibly, and lead with purpose in an ever-changing world.

As the Bauchi State Coordinator, I am proud to lead a growing network of passionate and responsible youths across the state, working collaboratively to promote good governance, social cohesion, entrepreneurship, education, and youth participation in decision-making processes.

Our mission is clear: to build a generation of informed, empowered, and forward-thinking youths who are prepared to take ownership of their future and contribute meaningfully to the development of Bauchi State and Nigeria at large.

International Youth Day: No More Waiting Nigerian Youths

Today, I speak not as a distant observer, but as a witness to the daily struggles, broken promises, and stolen dreams of Nigerian youths. I have seen too much neglect to stay silent. I have heard too many empty speeches to remain patient. This International Youth Day, I will say it plainly; the time for polite waiting is over.

For too long, the young people of this country have been treated as afterthoughts, as political ornaments wheeled out for rallies and forgotten after elections. We are not decorations. We are not the future. We are the present, and we will no longer accept a seat in the waiting room of national progress while our talents rot in idleness.

Nigeria’s leaders must understand this: you cannot build a strong nation on the backs of unemployed, underpaid, and unempowered youths.

Dear FFYI State Coordinator,

We are writing to inform you that all state chapters are required to confirm their membership forms by *August 15, 2025*. This is a crucial step to ensure that all members are added to the state platform.

*Key Instructions:*
1. *Confirm Membership Forms*: All state chapters must ensure that their membership forms are accurately filled and submitted to the State Coordinator/Secretary.
2. *Add Members to State Platform*: Once the forms are confirmed, all members will be added to the state platform/Whatapp-Group before the deadline.
3. *Deadline*: The confirmation and addition of members to the state platform must be completed by *August 15, 2025*.
