Trust your day went well.
Joyce Meyer, in her amazing book 'Approval Addiction' shared her inspiring story of how she hated to talk because her voice sounded masculine and she was often ashamed to speak in the public, not knowing that the same voice was going to be a tool in God’s hand for the expansion of His Kingdom on the earth. It’s no news today that her voice is heard all over the world.
Doesn't this scenario play out in most of us females? There are certain physical features we sometimes don't like about ourselves and they are oftentimes things we cannot do anything about because that was how we were created.
Instead of feeling bad about what you have no control about, it's just best to believe what our Creator has said about us. You are indeed wonderfully and fearfully made. Marvelous are the works of God’s hands, which includes you and you need to let your soul know it well.
God is perfect in all His ways and if He created you in a certain way, be sure He did not make a mistake.
You've got to accept your body and love it the way God designed it to be.
Don’t depend on someone’s comment before you appreciate what God has said ‘‘very good’’ to. You can be so sure that even your body was designed that specific way as part of what will make you fulfill your specydivine purpose. You are therefore perfectly crafted. Yes, YOU ARE!
Can I ask you to do something? Look at yourself in the mirror, wrap your arms around yourself and say “I love my body features just the way they are.” (call out specific part and repeat same).
Having said all, remember to also take care of that body to keep it fit to fulfill your divine purpose. Thank you for reading. Enjoy your weekend.
