Meet our of this week Ibukun Awosika

Ibukun Awosika's career journey began with a degree in Chemistry. She started as an accountant at Deloitte, but her entrepreneurial spirit led her to found The Chair Centre, a furniture manufacturing company, in 1989.

Her success in entrepreneurship led to opportunities in corporate leadership. Ibukun joined First Bank of Nigeria, becoming Executive Vice-Chairman and later, in 2015, the first female Chairman.

Throughout her career, Ibukun has received numerous awards and recognition, inspiring countless entrepreneurs and leaders with her remarkable story.
