HAPPY NEW MONTH, RIOL FAM! 💃💃

As we step into this beautiful month of August, may God go before us and make every crooked path straight. May this month bring clarity where there has been confusion, strength where there has been weakness, healing where there has been pain, and hope where there has been discouragement.

Whatever you lost in the past months, may the Lord restore it in greater measure. Every delayed opportunity, unanswered prayer, and closed door that is according to God’s will shall turn into a testimony.

This month, may you not walk in darkness or make costly mistakes. May God direct your steps, connect you with the right people, and position you for opportunities that will move your life forward.

Remember: Your present situation is not the final chapter of your story. There is still hope, purpose, and a reason to keep believing, praying, growing, and moving forward.

May August bring you:

Peace in your heart
Wisdom for every decision
Healing and wholeness
Divine protection
Open doors and opportunities
Progress in your family, career, business, and relationships
Strength to overcome every challenge
Grace to become all that God has called you to be

May this month be filled with meaningful conversations, genuine healing, positive growth, and testimonies that will bring glory to God.

Welcome to a new month of fresh grace, fresh strength, fresh hope, and new possibilities!

Happy New Month, RIOL Family!

May August be beautiful, fruitful, peaceful, and fulfilling for us all, in Jesus’ name. Amen.🙏

BEFORE YOU PRAY FOR THE KIND OF PARTNER YOU WANT…

Many people have expectations about the kind of person they want to marry. Some ladies have a specific age range, appearance, character, or financial status in mind. Some even say, “I don’t want to marry a poor man.”

And yes, nobody desires poverty. But have you ever asked yourself this question:

“Have I developed myself into the kind of person the partner I desire would also want to marry?”

You cannot keep praying for a godly man with good character, wisdom, love, respect, and emotional maturity while refusing to work on your own character.

The same applies to men.

Whatever you desire to see in your future spouse, you must also be willing to develop in yourself. Work on yourself and allow God to work on your character.

Because in life, you cannot continually demand what you are unwilling to give.

You want respect? Learn to give respect. You want love? Learn to love. You want honesty? Be honest. You want a godly partner? Build your relationship with God.

Every man needs respect, and every woman deserves love and honour. These are qualities we must learn to give as well as receive.

You must also build your capacity—your mindset, emotional maturity, wisdom, and ability to handle the responsibilities that come with marriage.

Some people carry the pain and experiences of past relationships into new ones. They allow past disappointments to shape their mindset and affect their ability to trust, love, and receive something new.

But you must be willing to heal.

Allow God to help you work on your mind. Let Him heal the pain, deal with the past, and prepare you for the beautiful things He has in store for your future.

Before you pray for the right person, also pray:

“Lord, make me the right person.” 🙏

May God continue to give us the wisdom to make wise decisions and the grace to become the kind of person we desire to attract.

In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙏✨

Don't ever reduce yourself just to gain someone's approval.

If you're in a relationship where someone constantly complains about your body, your appearance, your hairstyle, your dressing, or other physical features God gave you, take a moment to reflect. While it's healthy to encourage one another to grow, constantly making you feel inadequate or unworthy is a red flag.

You did not create yourself. God created you with purpose, beauty, and uniqueness. Every feature you have is part of who you are. Never feel pressured to change your identity or personality just to keep someone's attention.

Instead of trying to impress people, focus on becoming the best version of yourself. Improve where necessary for your own growth not because someone makes you feel like you're not enough.

Protect your peace of mind. It is priceless.

The right person will value you, respect you, and appreciate you for who you are. They will encourage your growth without making you feel ashamed of yourself.

To every brother, choose a woman you will love, cherish, and honor. To every sister, choose a man who respects you, values your personality, and appreciates the wonderful person God created you to be.

Remember, people who truly love you don't spend their lives trying to change who you are they help you become even better while accepting you with love and respect.

May God grant us wisdom to make the right decisions, surround us with people who genuinely value us, and guide us on our journey through life. In Jesus' name, Amen.

FORGIVENESS: THE KEY TO MOVING FORWARD

Many people are still trapped in yesterday because of painful experiences. It could be a broken relationship, betrayal by a trusted friend, disappointment from a family member, or wounds caused by people they loved deeply.

But one thing you must understand is this: it is not the end of the world. Life must go on.

Every experience, whether good or bad, comes with a lesson. The pain you endured did not come to destroy you; it came to strengthen you. The challenges you faced have made you wiser, stronger, and more resilient than you were before.

You are not meant to remain in that place of hurt. You are meant to rise above it.

Yes, healing is not always easy. It requires determination, intentionality, and courage. But when you choose to forgive yourself and forgive those who have hurt you, something powerful happens—you free yourself from the chains of the past.

Forgiveness does not excuse the wrong done to you; it simply refuses to allow that wrong to control your future.

When you forgive, you gain strength. When you forgive, you gain peace. When you forgive, you create room for growth, healing, and new opportunities.

Remember, in life, people will offend you. Sometimes it may be strangers; other times it may be friends, family members, or even those closest to your heart. But do not allow bitterness to become a permanent resident in your life.

Choose forgiveness. Choose healing. Choose growth.

Your future is too valuable to be held hostage by your past.

Let go, move forward, and become everything God has called you to be.

🗣 Discussion Topic:

"Sometimes, the people we help the most end up hurting us deeply."

Who can relate? 😂

Have you ever gone out of your way to support, encourage, defend, or assist someone, only to be disappointed, betrayed, or hurt by the same person?

Why do you think this happens?
How did you handle it?
Did it change the way you help people today?
Should we stop helping people because of past hurts?

There was a young girl who once had dreams bigger than her fears.
She worked hard, prayed faithfully, and trusted God with all her heart. But somewhere along the journey, life happened. Things didn’t go as planned. Doors closed. People left. She lost almost everything she had struggled to build.

There were nights she cried and asked God,
“Where do I go from here?”
“How do I start again?”

She felt confused, uncertain, and broken at times.
But one thing about her — she never stopped praying.
She never stopped studying the Word of God.
And she never allowed fear to stop her from beginning again.

Even when starting over was painful, she took the bold step.
Even when nobody understood her journey, she kept moving.
She obeyed God quietly, one step at a time.

And little by little, God began to rebuild her life.
What looked like an ending became the beginning of something greater.

I don’t know who needs to hear this today:
Do not be afraid to start all over again.
Losing everything does not mean you have lost your future.
Sometimes God allows certain things to fall apart so He can rebuild you stronger, wiser, and better.

As this month is coming to an end, may every confusion receive direction.
May every delay turn into divine testimony.
May God restore every lost opportunity and give you the strength to rise again.

Your story is about to change.
This season will not end in tears.
God is still writing your story, and the next chapter will carry His glory.

In Jesus’ name. Amen.

TOPIC: SPEAK LIFE INTO YOURSELF (Part 1)

Every new day comes with its own blessings, miracles, and opportunities.

Have you spoken positively into your day today?
Have you encouraged yourself this morning?

Speak life into yourself. Declare boldly:
I am blessed.”
I am bold.”
I am a chosen generation.”
I rise and shine.”
I am outstanding.”

Before stepping out today, take a moment to reflect and speak positively over your life. What you continually speak is what you gradually become. Positive words produce positive results.

Do not wait for others to tell you who you are. God has already placed greatness, purpose, and strength inside of you.

Rise above fear.
Rise above limitations.
Rise above negativity.

Declare today:
I cannot be limited.”
I have a positive mindset.”
I carry the life of God inside of me.”

As you continue speaking positively into your life, you will begin to see transformation and manifestation.

RIOL — Rise In Outstanding Light ✨

I pray that God turns situations around for your good and fills your life with peace, favor, and testimonies in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Sometimes in life, we go through situations that leave us broken, discouraged, and afraid to start again. Many people choose to remain silent, hiding their pain, depression, and struggles because they are afraid to step out of their comfort zone or face the unknown.

But one thing you must always remember is this: life does not end because of one difficult season. God loves you deeply, and He created you for a purpose to fulfill His will and to show forth His glory.

Do not remain trapped in situations that drain your peace, joy, and growth. Have the courage to take that bold step forward. Every phase in life comes with lessons, and beyond every painful moment, there is always something better waiting ahead.

Sometimes, when God is trying to pull us out of deep waters, we misunderstand the process because change can be uncomfortable. But God’s plans for us are always good. He wants us to experience healing, peace, growth, and the very best life He has prepared for us.

Do not be afraid to begin again. Do not allow fear or silence to keep you stuck. Trust God, move forward with faith, and believe that brighter days are ahead.

May God continue to guide our hearts and direct our paths in this season, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

26/05/2026

As we move closer to the second half of the year, let go of every pain, disappointment, fear, resentment, and doubt holding you back.

Sometimes we ask God for direction, yet still choose our own ways. But the Bible says, “Acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He shall direct your path.”

Put God first in everything you do. Speak positively into your life, surround yourself with the right people, and stop allowing the past to keep you stagnant.

No matter what this year has looked like so far, keep trusting God and keep moving forward. Your testimony will surely come.

Have a peaceful night rest, everyone.
