Introducing Ambassador Comlamvi Theodore Loko, First Resident Ambassador of Benin to the Holy See.

His Excellency Ambassador Comlamvi Theodore Loko is a renowned Beninese diplomat who served as the first Resident Ambassador of the Republic of Benin to the Holy See from 2010 to 2016. He holds a Doctorate in Public Law (UNESCO Chair, University of Abomey Calavi, Benin, 2007-2010) and is a seasoned researcher, educationist and policy analyst.

His Excellency will be amongst the speakers at the 2026 General Assembly of International College for Diplomatic Affairs.

Introducing His Lordship, The Rt Revโ€™d Gershinen Paul Dajur, PhD, Bishop of the Keffi-Karshi Missionary Diocese, Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion.

His Lordship is the immediate past General Secretary of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) a position which he held since 2018 before his election to the episcopal role in September 2025.

He hails from the Anglican Diocese of Jos and has worked extensively across local churches in the Ecclesiastical Province of Jos as well as ministries abroad representing the church in International Forums like the African Union Ecosocc meetings etc. He is an experienced educationist with a PhD from Ajayi Crowther University, Nigeria.

The Rt Rev'd Gershinen will be speaking at the forthcoming General Assembly of the International College for Diplomatic Affairs on faith and diplomacy.

Unveiling the President of the 2026 ICDA General Assembly.

H. E. Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan (Former Advisor to the Prime Minister of Pakistan with the Status of Federal Minister), 4th World Chairman of the International Human Rights Commission.

Dr. Khan also served as the Ambassador & Special Diplomatic Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau with full diplomatic status by the Excellency Rui Duarte de Barros, Prime Minister of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau.

He obtained his PhD in International law in 1996 and a Doctor of Philosophy in 2011.

His Excellency currently serves as the World Chairman of the International Human Rights Commission Relief Fund Trust and will serve at the 2026 General Assembly of the International College for Diplomatic Affairs as the President of General Assembly.

ICDA BEGINS DIPLOMATIC EFFORTS IN IVORY COAST.

The International College for Diplomatic Affairs has begun her diplomatic engagements in the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire. This was marked by an appointment and induction ceremony of Ambassador Kone Lagartaon Mamadou as Country Director of the ICDA in Ivory Coast, Ambassador Brou Yao Gervais as Deputy Country Director and Monsieur Nazaire Koutouan as member of the team.

The event which was held in Abidjan on the 6th of August 2026 was precided by His Excellency the Secretary General, Ambassador Dr. Tasie Akobuike Daniel in the company of the Country Director to Benin Gabriel Kanu.

All official protocols are already being observed to ensure that the ICDA is fully ready to give viable solutions as an African entity to the Ivorian Republic
