Arthur Mbanefo Digital Research Centre is established by the Arthur Mbanefo Charitable Foundation which is a not-for-profit foundation of Incorporated Trustees, incorporated at Corporate Affairs Commission under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on 28th September 2012, and carries Registration Number: CAC/IT/No 56419
The aims and objectives of the Foundation are:
Establish digital faci
lities to support advanced research and post-graduate studies in Nigeria. Encourage research collaboration and provide opportunities for discussion and dissemination of research findings. Generate funds for the management of E-Library research concerns and general sustenance. Be a world class centre of academic research and excellence. Arthur Mbanefo Digital Research Centre (AMDRC) is a fully autonomous privately owned organisation located in the Main Campus of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) at Akoka, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria.
