I’m beyond honored to share that I have officially arrived at Rutgers University, Newark in the United States as a 2025 Mandela Washington Fellow! 🇳🇬🇺🇸

Out of thousands of applications across Africa, I was selected to join this prestigious U.S. Department of State initiative to strengthen leadership and impact across the continent.

Representing Eco Heroes Nigeria and my beloved country, I’ll be deepening my knowledge in public management and sustainability, connecting with visionary changemakers from across Africa, and exchanging ideas with leaders across sectors here in the U.S.

From the streets of Lagos where we turn plastic waste into opportunity — to the halls of Rutgers — this is a dream come true. 💚
