We are committed to developing dynamic, innovative and principled African leaders. We recognize that raising leaders is critical to nation building and wealth creation. Five years. Five cohorts!

Yesterday, we officially kicked off the 5th Leadership Accelerator Programme (LAP) Bootcamp in Nairobi, Kenya! 🇰🇪

With 33 rising leaders joining us from Nigeria 🇳🇬, Tanzania🇹🇿, Mozambique🇲🇿, Uganda🇺🇬,
Mauritius🇲🇺, Kenya 🇰🇪, Zambia🇿🇲, Cameroon🇨🇲, Namibia 🇳🇦, Malawi 🇲🇼, and Sierra Leone 🇸🇱, the energy in the room was pure inspiration. We didn’t just bring together a cohort; we gathered the future architects of Africa.

Here is how Day 1 set the stage:

The Legacy: Our Executive Director Kehinde Ayeni Kehinde Ayeni anchored us in our 5-year milestone, tracing how a bold idea grew into a half-decade of undeniable impact. We didn’t just arrive here; we built this.

The Blueprint: Our esteemed Board Member & LAP Course Director Micheline Ntiru Micheline handed over the keys to sustainable success, breaking down the 3 Pillars of Leadership through the adventure of her global work.

The Spark: Our Director of Programmes & Partnerships Diana Amabelle Nwakanma shifted the lens inward with her masterclass, « The Leader Within: Stepping Into Your Leadership Journey, » challenging every woman to boldly own her voice and space.

Day 1 set a fire. Day 2 is well underway!
