Entrepreneurship and Talent Discovery initiative (ETAD) is an initiative that has been carefully developed and built for the purpose of discovering, developing and empowering the Nigerian youth, in order to bring out their dormant talent and abilities and helping them utilize the opportunities created by these inherent dormant talents. This initiative is fully developed to cover the basic spheres
of the society, thereby giving every young Nigerian an equal opportunity to fully explore all God has deposited in Him. The program runs on a very high standard curriculum as prepared through thorough research and much study of the Nigerian economy, and its demands thereby giving the ignorant and average Nigerian a good, quality and necessary education in entrepreneurship and mentorship as it concerns their area of specialization. REASONS FOR THE INITIATIVE
The neglect of talent discovery in areas like Art, Writing, Poetry, Business, Science etc, and concentration in beauty pageants, sports and entertainment. Occasioned the setting up of this Initiative. The need for proper guidance in SMEs and entrepreneurial set-up. The call to attract youths to business opportunities inherent in Agriculture so as to diversify the Nigerian economy. For proper grooming of young talents and making them worthy ambassadors of tomorrow. Alarming rise in over dependent on white-collar jobs. Helping the young Nigerian Discover and fulfill his purpose.
