Strengthening partnerships for effective Work-Based Learning! 🇳🇬🤝🇩🇪

The Nigerian-German Chamber of Commerce (NGCC) participated in the two-day Work-Based Learning (WBL) Planning Workshop, held in Abuja under the Skills Development for Youth Employment (SKYE II) Programme (SKYE Nigeria).

The workshop brought together Business Membership Organisations (BMOs), companies, TVET institutions, and development partners to strengthen collaboration and explore practical approaches to integrating Work-Based Learning into technical and vocational education and training.

Discussions focused on strengthening stakeholder roles, bridging the gap between industry and training institutions, and identifying practical steps for the successful implementation of WBL programmes.

At NGCC, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that promote skills development, youth employment, and stronger industry-driven vocational training in Nigeria.
