This weekend, we show up for our girls. 💪🏽🩸

We’re so excited to kick off Pad A Girl 2.0 with our first outreach of the year, happening this Sunday at Ikota Primary School, Lagos.

We’ll be distributing free pads and hosting a menstrual health workshop to help girls feel educated, empowered, and supported because no girl should ever feel ashamed or held back by her period.

Today is World Menstrual Hygiene Day. 💌

At Valued Girls, we believe no girl should ever feel ashamed, miss school, or be held back—just because of her period.

We’re using our voice and our hands to say:
🩸 **Period poverty must end.**
🩸 **Menstrual health is a right, not a privilege.**
🩸 **Every girl deserves access to safe, dignified care.**

Through education, outreach, and compassion, we’re committed to building a world where periods don’t pause potential.

This is more than a campaign—it’s a movement.
And we’ll keep showing up, speaking out, and standing with girls… until every single one of them feels seen, supported, and free.
