You Can't Be Disadvantaged
"Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions. And over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." Luke 10:19.
In our text, the Lord Jesus Christ awaken - brought to their awareness the advantage available to his disciples, in extension to everyone of us who believed.
According to the words.of the masterin this text, "Nothing" in the Greek language is known as "Oudeis." It means no man, woman, beings or things. In other words, everything, aught exempted, has been disabled from harming you, glory to God.
In essence, this is an announcement that you can not be disadvantaged.
Little wonder while that truth was dawned on the Apostle Paul, he screamed it out "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28.
The culmination of these scriptures buttressed the fact that a beliver can't be disadvantaged only if you'll come to this awareness. When Paul said, "And we know," the Greek word is Eido. This is an awareness knowledge. It's like you getting into a dark room but suddenly found the light switch and alas, the room was filled with gold.
I'm sure your response would be "Wow." Because you suddenly become aware of what is yours. That is exactly the personal experiential knowledge that God wants you to have if this truth is to become your reality - a life without any iota of disadvantaged.
If you know that you're called of God, remember the scripture "By grace are you saved through faith and not of yourselves: it is the girf of God." - Ephesians 2:8. To be called is to granted the gift of salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
Then, God expects you to come this awareness by being conscious of the fact that everything, everyone, systems, and organisations has all been employed as a coworker for your benefits... to be continued tomorrow.
