Suspended Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has paid a courtesy visit to his enstraged godfather, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory Nyesom Wike at his Abuja residence. The meeting, which took place on April 18, 2025, aimed at seeking reconciliation between a supposed godfather and son. Fubara we are made to understand showed deep respect to Wike during the meeting, by going down on his knees and prostrating before him begging for forgiveness. What a shame!

It's not news that everyone had asked Natasha Akpoti to tender an apology to the Senate President Godswill Akpabio, finally she has done just that, but interestingly her apology only ended up rattling the Senate President.

Except of the apology that stunned Akpabio: “It is with the deepest sarcasm and utmost theatrical regret that I tender this apology for the grievous crime of possessing dignity and self-respect in your most exalted presence. I have reflected extensively on my unforgivable failure to recognize that legislative success in certain quarters is apparently not earned through merit, but through the ancient art of compliance — of the very personal kind.”
