4 voices. Different perspectives. One shared mission: helping girls bloom.

Hey girl, it’s time to Bloom! 🌸

23/09/2026

$10/ ₦10,000 may not seem like much. But for a girl, it can be the cost of access to an experience that could change how she sees herself and her future.

There are girls growing up without enough opportunities to learn about their rights, understand their potential, ask difficult questions, meet inspiring women, or simply be reminded that their voice matters.

At Bloom Girl Conference 2026, we want to change that.

On 13 October 2026, we will bring together 500 girls from 20 schools for a day designed to help them:

🌸 understand their rights and how to speak up
🌸 build confidence in their voice and identity
🌸 learn from women who are leading in different fields
🌸 expand their vision for what is possible
🌸 develop the courage to make informed choices about their future

When a girl knows her worth, understands her rights, and has the confidence to use her voice, she is better positioned to make choices about her education, her future, her relationships, her career, and the kind of woman she wants to become.

And you can help put one more girl in that room.

With ₦10,000 / $10, you can sponsor one girl to attend the 2026 Bloom Girl Conference.

You are not just sponsoring a conference ticket.

You are giving a girl access to information.
Access to inspiration.
Access to role models.
Access to a community.
Access to possibility.

Sponsor a girl today.

Give her a seat.
Give her a voice.
Give her room to BLOOM. 💜

Behind every transformative learning experience are people who are willing to share their knowledge, time and expertise.

Today, we celebrate the incredible facilitators who poured into our young people during the Entrepreneurship & Career Development Phase of the Y-SIPS Youth Leadership & Livelihoods Program (YLLP).

From career development and workplace readiness to entrepreneurship, business development, financial management and pitching, our facilitators brought practical knowledge, real-world experience and genuine commitment to the growth of our participants.

You didn’t just teach.

You challenged perspectives.
You answered questions.
You shared experiences.
You opened minds to possibilities.
And most importantly, you helped young Africans see that they can LEARN, EARN and LEAD.

To every facilitator who showed up, prepared, taught, encouraged and gave their best—thank you! 🙏🏾

Your contribution is helping to equip a generation of young people with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to build meaningful careers, businesses and solutions for their communities.

We are deeply grateful for your partnership and commitment to raising young African leaders for global impact. 💜

Building institutions that outlive us. 🌍

The Y-SIPS Team had the privilege of attending the Agora 2.0 Summit over the weekend, ably represented by our Founder/Executive Director Ivory Emeka-Oguagha and Executive Assistant Atansuyi Oluwakorede

From leadership and organizational excellence to the role of faith-based organizations in shaping society, the Summit offered valuable insights and fresh perspectives.

We left reminded that sustainable impact requires more than good intentions—it requires strong people, excellent systems, and institutions built to last.

A big shoutout to the THE AGORA Team and Founder Akin’ Akinpelu Ph.D., Amb., FLPi, | The Kingdom Catalyst for putting together such an impactful and thought-provoking event. 👏🏽

We’re taking the lessons back to the work. 💜
