Meet Saidi Lugumi, a Tanzanian businessman and entrepreneur best known as the Chief Executive Officer of Lugumi Enterprises Limited, a Dar es Salaam–based company involved in security technology, ICT solutions, procurement, and defense-related services. The company was established in 2008 and has worked with several government institutions in Tanzania.

Alabi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (Nigeria), and a Master of Science in Engineering Project Management from Coventry University, (United Kingdom). He is a COREN registered Engineer and a Certified project management professional with certifications from both the Project Management Institute (USA) and Association for Project Management (UK). He is also a certified Occupational Health and Safety professional having held the prestigious NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (UK) since 2013. Engr. Samuel N.T. Alabi is a well-grounded engineer with experiences that spans multiple engineering disciplines. He has successfully delivered numerous engineering projects ranging from road construction, school buildings, medical and laboratory buildings, hostels, shore protection & reclamation works and agro-processing plants. His other experiences include contract management, supply chain management, organisational change management, career coaching and process optimisation. Engr. Samuel Alabi is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Nigerian Institute of Management (chartered). He is also a member of the Chartered institute of Arbitrators with experiences in contract dispute resolution and stakeholder management. Engr.
