To my team, partners, and community: I write this with a heart full of gratitude, respect, and deep reflection.

We are officially postponing the African Workforce Summit. I wanted to share this note directly from me rather than behind because I owe you that transparency.

To our relentless volunteers who have treated this mission like a paid job out of pure belief in what we’re building, thank you.

I am sorry for the disruption and frustration this shift may cause, but we are choosing to pause so we can deliver the standard our continent deserves.

We’re taking a step back to launch further. Thank you for walking this path with me.

It’s never goodbye but see you later!
