The Great Leap Forward is a Civil Society and Youth Inclusiveness Advocacy Group. Our primary goal is to market nationalism, inspire the productive minds of young people towards the attainment of their individual goals, take deliberate steps towards enhancing our democratic institutions, seek accountability and the fair administration of our collective wealth, advocate for a more civil society, and orientate and re-orientate the critical mass of our young people on unity, peace and tolerance. We are focused on promoting political participation devoid of sentiments towards national transformation.

OUR VISION
To become a top tier civil society and youth inclusiveness advocacy group the world over working with highly respected International Organizations, Brands and Individuals on organized civil society. To become an organization that empowers young people and constantly provoke specific social actions and challenge the status quo on personal, national and international developmental issues . To address youth based issues on the biggest platforms in the world and to host conferences for young people with heads of governments, Heads of major international organizations and captains of industries present and constantly seeking our platforms to express pressing youth-related issues at the highest levels. To have a network of young people around the world working to make the world a better place.
OUR STRATEGY
We pursue our goals by taking our message to our audience where they are through seminars, advocacy outreaches, concerts, talk shows, television jingles, and social media campaigns. We commit to getting high profile Speakers (local and international), professionals, heads of government agencies, heads of international organizations, captains of industries, chief executive officers, entrepreneurs and persons with inspiring personal stories generally to talk to our large audience of young people in Universities, polytechnics, college halls, street corners, bet houses, and everywhere young people are. Our strategy is workable because it is one that it rested on excellence. To us, if it cannot be done excellently, it should not done at all and it can always be done excellently regardless of the size of the budget. We do not compromise on excellence and integrity. We are grateful to God for the quality of our team and partners.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
Our expectations are to have a more civil society and latriotic youth. A society that accommodates all irrespective of their tribes, religion and gender and Youths that are tolerant, peace loving, focused and determined to see a greater Nigeria. A youthful population that is interested in the electioneering process devoid of ethnic and religious sentiment, violence, thuggery etc. A youthful population that is thorough on self-development and the attainment of individual goals for national development. We will be satisfied with our outcomes if we are able to have a thoroughly civil society with respect for the fundamental rights of its citizens with increased political participation and accountability sensitive. Our greatest passion is a society that is fair, egalitarian and fully committed to the welfare of its citizens.
OUR INTENDED PARTNERS
Because achieving our goals is capital intensive and as a matter of fact, because it is absolutely impossible to achieve all our goals without having partners in progress, we partner with International Organizations interested in democratic society and sustainable human development. Known Brands within and outside the country who provide us supplies and finance our programs, train and empower our participants. We also partner with musicians, musical Bands and performing groups. Furthermore, we engage Social Media Organizations and industry experts for assistance on awareness and publicity.
We also work with the government and its agencies critical to the attainment of the set goals. Example, the National Electoral Commission, The Economic and Financial crimes commission, the Ministry of youth Development and other social Development Agencies, The National Orientation Agency, specific interventionist ad-hoc committees of government etc.
