The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

*"Three (types of people) whom Allah will not speak to on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He look at them:*

1. *A man who swears an oath (falsely) about a commodity (sale), claiming he was given a price for it, while he was given more than he says – and he is a liar.*
2. *A man who swears a false oath on the right (of another) to seize the wealth of a Muslim unjustly.*
3. *A man who withholds water (from others).* Allah will say to him on the Day of Resurrection: _"Today I withhold My mercy from you, just as you withheld water that you did not create."_
