As a Deaf Former queen,lover of Fashion, model and lifestyle personality I applaud Miss Deaf South Africa for her stunning achievement in winning the Miss South Africa title.
Her victory is a testament to the talent, tenacity, and determination of Deaf individuals everywhere.

In Nigeria, I along with good spirited individuals have hosted three successful editions of the Miss/Mister Deaf Nigeria pageant, yet the government and our Society has not fully embraced the potential of this life-changing platform.

Now, we have been given the incredible opportunity to represent our country at the World Deaf Pageant in the Czech Republic November 2024.

Our representative Miss Odion Tessy Ogunseri and Mister Samuel Micheal is a skilled and dedicated model, fashion icons, brimming with the drive and ambition needed to bring home the crown.

However, we cannot do this alone. We needs the support of the government, society, and you.

We, as Deaf Nigerians, are human beings with limitless potential. We deserve the same opportunities and respect as anyone else. Please, invest in us. Believe in us.

Miss Deaf Nigeria have been excluded from international pageants and other opportunities, often due to misconceptions and stigma. It's time to change that narrative. The Deaf are beautiful, elegant, and poised individuals who deserve a platform to showcase their talents and abilities.

That's why I'm so proud to be representing Nigeria at the Miss and Mister Deaf International pageant taken place in Tanzania this Month . I hope to use this opportunity to show the world that My Deafness is not a barrier to success.

My name is UKE Oghenefejiro Praise the reigning Miss Deaf Nigeria 2022/2023 .

I am thrilled to share that I have been invited to represent Nigeria at the 2023 Miss and Mister Deaf International pageant in Tanzania on November 19-27.

This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the talent and beauty of Nigeria people on an international stage. I am deeply committed to making this opportunity a reality, but I am in need of your help.
Myself and my team have been unable to secure the funds needed for flight ticket.

It’s been over 20years that Nigeria Deaf Pageant have never participated at any international Show , we have rise beyond any hurdles to ensure Nigeria flag is flow In Tanzania and we bring the crown home to Nigeria .
