The Association of Professional Women Bankers (APWB) is proud to present its research publication, “A Sectoral Deep-Dive into the Experiences of Female Bankers within Nigeria’s Deposit Money, Merchant, and Non-Interest Banks.”

This research brings together the experiences and perspectives of female banking professionals, providing evidence-based insights into career progression, leadership, workplace culture, mentorship, work-life balance, and the barriers and opportunities shaping women’s advancement in Nigeria’s banking industry.

More than a research report, it is a call to read, reflect and act towards building more inclusive, equitable and sustainable institutions.
