Youth Programme is implemented through a partnership between young people and adult leaders, taking into account the participants' interests, needs and abilities. The Scouting family is made up of five sections: Eaglets (Beaver) Scouts for children aged 4 to 6 (by starting Scouting from Beaver Scout, they begin to learn social relationship and strengthen self-reliance), Cub Scouts for boys and gir
