A new chapter of growth begins.

The 2026 AODI Global Mentorship Programme (GMP) is officially underway, and we’re excited to have completed the orientation for Batch A.

The orientation marked an important first step in the mentorship journey, bringing mentees and mentors into the programme, setting expectations, and preparing participants for meaningful learning, connection, and growth.

Under the theme “Mentoring the Next Generation of Africa and Global Leaders,” Cohort 4 brings together individuals who are ready to learn, share knowledge, build meaningful relationships, and grow as leaders.

To our Batch A mentors and mentees, welcome to the journey. We look forward to seeing the conversations, connections, and impact that will emerge throughout the programme.

The 2026 AODI Global Mentorship Programme (GMP) is officially underway, and we’re excited to have completed the orientation for Batch A.

The response to the AODI Global Mentorship Programme Cohort 4 has been truly encouraging, and we're excited to welcome more aspiring leaders into the programme.

To accommodate the overwhelming interest and ensure every mentee is thoughtfully matched with a mentor whose expertise aligns with their goals, onboarding for Cohort 4 will take place in two batches.

Batch A participants have received their orientation invitations and will begin their mentorship journey this month.

Batch B will begin its mentorship journey in October 2026. Applicants who are part of this batch will receive further communication and onboarding details in the coming weeks.

We appreciate your patience as we work to provide every participant with a meaningful and rewarding mentorship experience.

Thank you for being part of the AODI community. We look forward to embarking on this journey with you.
