🎤 What an incredible gathering at the NAPPS Conference in Agbado! 📚
On September 8th, I had the privilege of speaking to 140+ amazing educators — school proprietors and teachers from across the region — on "Innovative Teaching Strategies for Improved Learning Outcomes." 🙌
We talked real talk about what's working (and what isn't) in our classrooms today — how to move beyond "read and cram" toward teaching methods that actually help our children understand, retain, and apply what they learn. 💡
The energy in that room was something else. Proprietors who've been running schools for decades, sitting shoulder to shoulder with young teachers, all asking the same question: "How do we do better for our students?" That's the heart of Nigerian education right there. ❤️
Huge thank you to NAPPS for the platform, and to every single educator who came ready to learn, share, and push each other forward. Conversations like this are how we raise the standard — one school, one classroom, one teacher at a time. 🏫
Here's to more of these gatherings! 🎯
