Have you heard that street slang, “E shock you”?
It’s what we say when something unexpected happens. When life throws a curveball. When failure shows up uninvited.
But let me tell you something that will shake your mindset:
Your failure didn’t shock God.
He wasn’t startled.
He wasn’t confused.
He didn’t say, “Ah! I didn’t see that coming.”
✅ You cannot surprise the All-Knowing.
✅ You cannot derail the Master Planner.
✅ You cannot cancel what Heaven has already signed.
Before the fall ever happened, redemption was already in motion.
Before the mistake, mercy was waiting. Before the breakdown, restoration had a blueprint.
God is not reacting to your life, He is orchestrating it.
The Bible says, “The Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.” (Revelation 13:8)
Read that again.
✅ Before there was sin, there was a Saviour.
✅ Before there was failure, there was forgiveness.
✅ Before you stumbled, grace had already stepped in.
So no, it didn’t shock God.
Now breathe.
Stand up.
Shake off the dust.
You are not a disruption to God’s plan. You are part of a redeemed story.
Failure may have happened, but redemption was always scheduled.
And when God schedules something, it cannot be cancelled.
