Hunger and poverty can increase a child's vulnerability to exploitation and abuse.

That is why Feed & Empower a Child goes beyond food.

We feed.
We educate.
We empower.
We protect.

This weekend, the 6th Edition begins as we take this mission into our

communities, with a goal of reaching 750 children across 5 communities with raw food support and Child.

Sexual Abuse Prevention education.

Feed & Empower a Child — 6th Edition

We’re preparing to reach 750 children across 5 communities with raw food
support and Child Sexual Abuse Prevention education.

For us, this is more than feeding a child.

Childhood hunger and poverty can increase a child’s vulnerability to exploitation and abuse.

That’s why we meet children’s immediate needs while creating opportunities to teach them about body safety, boundaries, speaking up and getting help.

As we begin a new week, we're reminded that the future isn't shaped only by the big moments.

It's shaped by the small acts of kindness we choose every day.
A meal shared. A conversation started.

A child reminded that their voice matters. A community that decides to protect its children.

This is why we do what we do.

In the coming weeks, we'll take Feed & Empower a Child 6th Edition into five

communities, reaching 750 children with nutritious meals and life-changing Child Sexual Abuse Prevention education.

One child may seem like a small number.
But to that child, it can mean everything.
As you go into this new week, ask yourself,

A hungry child is thinking about surviving.

Not about body safety.
Not about healthy boundaries.

Not about the warning signs of abuse.

When a child is worried about where the next meal will come from, they can

become more vulnerable to people who offer gifts, food, or money with harmful intentions.

That's why Feed & Empower a Child is more than a feeding programme.

A meal helps us meet an immediate need.

A conversation helps us protect a future.

This August and September, we'll reach 750 children across five

communities with nutritious meals and Child Sexual Abuse Prevention education.

That's something we've seen over the years.

Children come for the meal... They leave with something even more valuable.

They learn that- Their body belongs to them. They have the right to say "No."

They can speak up if someone makes them uncomfortable.

A simple meal opens the door to conversations that could change a child's future.

That is why Feed & Empower a Child is more than sharing a meal.

Every child we reach leaves with more than food.

They leave with knowledge confidence, and the assurance that they are not alone.

As we prepare for the 6th Edition, we're reminded that prevention starts

with one conversation, one caring adult, and one community that chooses to protect its children.
