A month like this one is usually where we'd wrap things up with a neat summary, so instead here's an honest one: the first ten years of this work were largely about proving that focused, practical intervention - in teacher skill, school leadership, digital access, and basic infrastructure - actually moves outcomes for children in public primary education. We think the evidence on that is solid.
The next ten years are a different kind of test. Reaching one million more learners, training 10,000 more teachers, and expanding digital learning to 25,000 teachers means doing all of this at a scale we haven't operated at before, without losing the specificity that made it work in the first place.
We don't have that fully solved yet. We're comfortable saying so. What we do have is a decade of data telling us which parts of this model to protect as we grow, and we'd rather build the next phase around that evidence than around good intentions alone.
