Adding garlic on or inside a sanitary pad (or anywhere near the vaginal area) is not recommended.❌

Here’s why✅
Garlic is an irritant – it can cause burning, itching, or even chemical-like irritation on very sensitive skin.

The vaginal area has a delicate natural balance of bacteria; introducing substances like garlic can disrupt this balance.❌

There is no scientific evidence that garlic in a pad prevents infections or improves menstrual health.🔬🧬

It can actually increase the risk of irritation or infection, not reduce it.🤒

A safer approach:
✅Use clean
✅Quality menstrual products (pads, tampons, or cups).
✅Change pad regularly when menstruating
✅Maintain good hygiene, especially when using shared toilets.
