Teenage years are filled with growth, change, pressure, and important life decisions. While many young people appear strong on the outside, some are quietly struggling with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, peer pressure, family challenges, Academic pressures and emotional difficulties.
Mental health programmes provide teenagers with a safe space to learn, connect, express themselves, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. They remind young people that seeking help is a sign of strength and that their feelings matter.
When we invest in the mental well-being of teenagers, we are investing in healthier families, stronger communities, and a brighter future.
That is why we remain committed to creating opportunities that support and empower young people through our Fun Friday for Mental Health 2026.
