VISION TEN is a people-driven, change-minded initiative founded on passion for the future of teenagers and youths all over the world. This is the vision of a group of vibrant and dedicated people committed to building young people towards leadership and all round success in life. ow, necessity is laid on all, to collectively put all hands on deck NOW to build them for the future. It’s a fact that one of the greatest desires of parents and concerned adults is for our young people to grow up and become successful in their academics, career, relationship with God and fellow man; shunning destructive habits and becoming productive builders of society. We also share those desires in VISION TEN. To realize them, we have established 10 viable and constructive arms/platforms which will help channel the inherent potentials in our young people towards success. Every step a leader takes should make the journey easier for the one who follows.

Leadership is not just about what you accomplish during your term. It is about the knowledge, values, and systems you leave behind for the next leader.

Without a structured handover, valuable lessons are lost and every new team starts from scratch instead of building on previous progress.

Strong schools do not just develop student leaders. They develop leadership that lasts.

Our schools do a great job of developing minds, but education should go beyond academic excellence. It should also build integrity, responsibility, empathy, and the courage to do what is right.

Knowledge creates opportunities. Character determines how those opportunities are used.

As we prepare young people for the future, we must be just as intentional about building character as we are about building intelligence.

Before young people can lead others, they must first learn to lead themselves.

They need to understand their emotions, recognise their triggers, and become aware of how their actions affect the people around them.

A young person who cannot regulate themselves may try to influence others through fear, pressure, or control, but that is not leadership.

True leadership begins with self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and character.

We have spent years teaching students that leadership is a reward.

What we have not taught them is that leadership is a responsibility, one that points outward, toward the people you serve, not inward toward personal status.

The most dangerous leader in any room is the one who has never been challenged to look inward. Self-awareness is not a soft skill, it is the hardest and most foundational work any leader will ever do.

This is why S — Self-Awareness is the very first letter of S.O.L.A.R. We do not start with authority. We start with the person. A student who cannot regulate themselves will always regulate others through fear.
