We have been supporting this foundation since 1999.
2- Autistic Society of Nigeria: An association to help autistic and mentally disabled individuals. We support through monthly donations since 1990.
3- Bab El Salam: An orphanage home in Ikeja. The LLS assisted through monthly donations, reconstructing the orphanage, donating a generator and partially contributing in buying a bus. We have been
supporting this organization since 1990.
4- Child Care Trust Foundation: An association dedicated to enhance the standard of children in Nigeria under the patronage of her Excellency the first lady, Mrs. Stella Obasanjo.
5- Dominican Sisters: A group of nuns who offer the facility for u***d mothers to deliver and care for their babies. They teach them a vocation too. We assist by providing monthly donations, beds for the clinic, and medical equipment since 1990.
6- Family Care: An organization that provide free medical care to needy Nigerians.
7- Foclare: An Association based in Enugu whose purpose is to help all those who have terminal diseases. We aid by providing monthly donation since 1995.
8- Jesuit Layolla College in Abuja: Where the poor are placed on a scholarship, while the others pay as much as they can afford. We are proud that our first student graduated last year.
9- Madoupe Home for the Handicapped in Yaba: providing financial assistance to achieve a better standard of living.
10- Madrasat Altaleem Wal Arshad in Surulere: We have secured teachers' salary and have upgraded the school.
11- Naval Officers’ Wives Association: An association dedicated to enhance the standard of living of the less fortunate in Nigeria. We have participated to help construct a secondary school.
12- Nigerian Association for the Blind: A vocational center for the blind. Each student is taught a skill. The LLS supported this association by donating reeds and canes for the vocational crafts and bailers since 1990.
13- Pacelli School for the Blind: This school runs on charity alone. Students are well taught and cared for. We provide financial assistance.
14- Reconstruction of Madrasat Al-Taleem Wal Arshad in Surulere: A non-government elementary school. We have secured teachers' salaries since 1990 and we reconstructed the school in 2001.
15- Remedial School: We established this school in Ikate Village.
16- Sacred Heart Hospital: A non-government organization whose purpose is to diagnose and treat ill patients. We assisted by establishing a vocational center and an eye clinic as well. This hospital has been one of our benefactors since 1996.
17- St. Francis School: This school caters for 1000 students in an area with a lack in proper schooling. We built an extension of several classes.
18- St. Kizito Clinic: Located in Lekki they provide free medical care and meals for nourished children, they have a primary school and remedial secondary school for under-privileged students. We support this organization since 1988 through monthly endowments, construction of classrooms, donation of academic books, and contribution to medical equipment.
19- St. Paul School, Idimu: We provided financial assistance.
20- St. Peter and Paul Nursery-Primary School: We upgraded it to a primary school.
21- Bomb Explosion Donation: The LLS presented a cheque to the Red Cross for the displaced victims of the Bomb Explosion
22-PADRE PIO CHILDREN HOME,SAGAMU,OGUN STATEThe Franciscan sisters were taking care of the lepers colony in Ogun State when they realized that the children, although free from the disease, were marginalized by the society due to prejudice, poverty and ignorance. They devote theirselves to support these children and offer them a temporary shelter in the premises of the Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun State. It has become necessary to construct a suitable building for the accommodation of these children and for many more who are deprived of their basic human rights. The Lebanese Ladies Society started with two million NGN for the building, worked with the full support of IEC Nigeria ltd and supplied full new industrial kitchen and laundry.
23-PADRE PIO HOSTEL FOR BOYS
The boys were in the leprosy colony as well. The Fryers decided to keep them in the initial shelter . The Lebanese ladies society contributed in the refurnishing.
24-The Kirikiri initiative project. It is a mission to provide education for the poorest of the poor children of Kirikiri. Their problem was to purchase a plot and build an adequate school. Therefore they approached the LLS to help them achieve their dream.
25-Ardus –Salam Nursery and Primary School
for the project of raising the school from ground floor to first floor.
5 new classroom were built giving the chance to more children to acquire education.
26-The First Tenderfoot School were given by the Lebanese Ladies Society to enlarge the school and construct more classrooms to help the school continuing the beneficial service they are rendering to the community.
27-Rahmatallah International School
financial assistance was given to the school to expand and purchased an additional plot to accept more students and build more classrooms.
28-Justice Development and Peace Commission
Their main goal is to provide medical services to the prisoners. They approached the Lebanese Ladies Society to perform 5 operations for 5 prisoners. The LLS assisted with the kind donation in support of the surgical operations of the inmates.
29-Sacred Heart Clinic
help in the smooth running of the clinic.
30-Missionaries of Charity
They are sisters of mother Theresa taking care of HIV children and severe mentally disabled children to improve their kitchen and facilitate their job.
31-The Blind Center
The Lebanese ladies purchased new mattresses and slippers for the blind persons living in this center.
32-Al Sabil School
The Lebanese Ladies Society purchased all desks and chairs with five computers to improve the school therefore providing better education to the less privileged.
33-Al Rachad Children School
Project of improving the school and providing better classrooms for the children to ensure a suitable place for the pupils to receive education.
34-The Street Care Initiative
Is an NGO that took children off the streets to provide for them shelters and education.
35-The Dominican Sisters, Ibadan
The Lebanese ladies contributed on annual basis in the construction of their hospital, and gave this year for the refurnishing of the clinic
36-AL NAJAH SCHOOL
The school was refurnished, new desks and computers were purchased.
37,-DON BOSCO
An donation was given to Don Basco Charity Association whose main interest was to start a technical school giving students an opportunity to follow a technical curriculum and learn new skills and jobs to be self-productive.
38-A donation was made to Fokolare to take care of young women and babies and educate them in being self-sufficient in their society.
39-LEebanese Ladies Society Scholarship
In January 2010, the LLS were proud to announce that 150 university students are in their scholarship program; providing tuition, full accommodations and books . Education will be the only way to ensure better future and a better life. The new charities will be updated soon.
