LifeSkill Center is established to provide mentoring and life coaching for middle/high school students and community youths. The program runs in partnerships with the local school and communities. LifeSkill Center matches a caring adult volunteer with a referred youth for positive impact through our distinct mentoring programs. Our mentoring objective is achieved through the following programs:

LifeSkill Center offers teens/youths an opportunity to work with a caring mentor to improve their ability to develop a positive attitude towards their future. The long-term goal of LifeSkill Center is to empower the young person to develop skills for life, build great positive mental attitude and perspectives, nurture great habits and enriched mindset. LifeSkill Center has the following major programs to engage these young people:
• Mentoring Boot Camp: This is the central program of LifeSkill Center. Students and their mentors participate in a structured program of fun and adventure embedded with strong infusion of life values, mind and attitude transformation. These students and Lifeskill mentor/Advisors participate in an energizing retreat, followed by a six month to a year structured mentoring program. LifeSkill Book Club/Reading Centers: The Book club will run in collaboration with the local city/community library, to drive reading culture, expose them to research methodologies and ignite a spark for continuously seeking knowledge to make our mentees more versatile and resourceful. Through this platforms, we hope to advocate for abd drive the establishment of community
libraries in the region. We also intend to setup small reading centers in different communities. On-going Mentorship Program: The mentoring relationship is utilized to establish a program of change/improvement in the young person's life. The mentors/Advisors encourages goal-setting, self-discipline, and skill development that improves the young person's sense of hopefulness. Mentors and youth work one-on-one for a period of six month to a year and are also offered opportunities to participate in monthly/Quarterly group activities and events put together by life skill center. The mentoring program will also rekindle the youth's commitment to learning and being successful in the classroom. By empowering young people to finish school, and finish well, mentors are improving the student's success for the real world as adults
Internship/Apprenticeship Program: This aims to connect young people with professional mentors in their future career. Our corporate partners will absorb some of these young people into their companies/organization for a one or two-month internship during the holidays. This is designed to give fresh high school graduates in their gap-year an opportunity for exposure on their future career environment. By this an employee of the organization may volunteer to provide mentorship through the period and may establish a longer term mentoring relationship afterwards. They become more aware of what their chosen career is truly about. Graduate Training Program (GTP): This is Extensive boot camp for university graduates, focuses on entrepreneurship development for self-reliance as well as specialized skills training/refining for a brilliant professional career launch/advancement. The program is designed to help fresh university graduates develop Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the spirit of teamwork, Analytical mindset coupled with strategic, conceptual and innovative thinking with an ability to identify and proffer practical solutions. Other Annual Programs to engage High School Students ahead of the Summer Camp
• High School Innovative Solution Contest: LifeSkill Center will engage students ahead of summer camp, to pursue creative ideas, and come up with any innovative idea or invention/creation, that solves a problem.
