EMBRACING EQUITY

In simple terms, equity refers to leveling the surface based on the needs of each individual.

As we strive toward gender equality, equity must be embraced.
It could mean providing the next woman/girl child with constant sanitary supplies, access to education, workplace rules that ensure women's safety and promote their career development, as well as laws that protect their rights.

In summary, let's remember that every person has different starting points, hence the need for tailored opportunities to reach the same goal.
