Mercy Kiprop is a student of Information Technology at the University of Embu, Kenya who is passionate about Cybersecurity. She believes joining the Dream Girl Global Mentorship Program would enable her to get more knowledge and get to network with other girls. She will be mentored by Lucy Wambiu who has previously mentored several software engineering students and is passionate about seeing students evolve.

Chioma Uwa is a 20 year old student of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She is a Finance and Tech enthusiast and is passionate about SDG5. Having previously interned at a finance firm, She believes the DGG Mentorship Program will be an avenue for her to learn from an experienced mentor who will give her clarity and guidance moving forward. Chioma will be mentored by Omosolape Olaniyan, an Associate Director at Standard Chartered Bank who previously served as the Head of Operations at DGG.

We are excited about these pairs and can’t wait to see all of the achievements they will make over the next 6 months.

Gender Discrimination around the world: Afghanistan🇦🇫

We at DGG stand in unity and solidarity with the females of Afghanistan and the activists fighting for equality and justice in Afghanistan. The oppression of one, is a barrier against full freedom for all.
