CLINICAL INFORMATION
A 35-year-old woman who presented to oncology clinic with ? 6/12 history of
progressively increasing right breast mass with ulceration. Yet to seek for care.
MACROSCOPY
Specimen consists of five (5) strands of greyish tissue with lengths varying from 0.5cm
to 1.2cm and an external diameter of 0.2cm. Processed whole in one (1) cassette.
MICROSCOPY
Histological sections show all strands of breast lesion contain sheets, nests and cords
of proliferating neoplastic cells which are infiltrating the fibrofatty stroma. The cells are
moderate in sizes, hardly form glands and bear nuclei exhibiting marked
pleomorphism, hyperchromatism and about 10 mitotic figures per 10 high power fields.
Neither perineural nor lymphovascular invasion is seen. Extensive area of necrosis is
seen.
DIAGNOSIS: RIGHT BREAST, TRU CUT BIOPSY: INVASIVE DUCTAL
CARCINOMA, NST. SBR GRADE III.

24 years old Nigeria Female boxer, Elizabeth Oshoba, writes record as the first Nigerian female Boxer to win (WBC) World Boxing Council silver featherweight title, by defeating Italian Michela Braga at the Royal Arena in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Oshoba Becomes First Nigerian Female Boxer To Win World Title

Elizabeth improved her record to 7 wins and 4 knockouts, while Michela lost the first fight of her career, leaving her with 6 wins and one loss.

Elizabeth showed her best boxing and quality, dominating Braga from start to finish

The Judges’ scores were 88-82, 87-83 and 90-80, all in favor of Oshoba.
