Thank you for your support, your wisdom, your prayers, your love, and for standing beside me during seasons when life was not easy. You have truly been a mother to me, and today I honor and celebrate you deeply. ❤️

As a mother of 4, life is full, busy, and demanding—but I’ve learned that taking care of myself is not optional. Fitness became part of my truth. Not just for how I look, but for how I feel. It’s helped me balance my hormones, stay focused, and show up better—for my children and for my darling husband.

Our hearts break as we hear more cases of child defilement across Zambia. Over 700 cases were reported in just one quarter, with 99% of the victims being young girls! This is not just a statistic—it is a national crisis.

The recent protests show that Zambians are fed up. We must raise our voices louder than ever and demand justice for innocent children who have been violated by the very people meant to protect them.

✅ The law is clear: child defilement is a crime under the Children’s Code Act No. 12 of 2022.
✅ The judiciary is sentencing perpetrators, but we must push for stricter punishments.
✅ Parents and communities must stay vigilant and report any suspicious behavior.

We refuse to remain silent while our children suffer. We stand with the victims. We demand justice. We call for urgent action.

Let’s protect our children. Let’s create a safer Zambia.
