This year’s International Women’s Day theme “Give to Gain” reminds us of a powerful truth: when we invest in women, we accelerate innovation, economic growth, and sustainable development across Africa.
In the technology ecosystem, progress happens when knowledge is shared, opportunities are opened, and leadership is inclusive. Every time we give access to education, mentorship, funding, and platforms for women in tech, we gain stronger startups, smarter solutions, and a more resilient digital future for the continent.
Africa’s tech transformation cannot happen at scale without women at the center as developers, founders, product designers, investors, and ecosystem builders.
