Abesan Estate has a new Chief Technical Officer(C.T.O)

Following the relocation of Engr. Ola Oni, the Chief Technical Officer, the estate's executive council has nominated Engr. Somoye to act in the same capacity until the end of the current administration.

This decision, made in accordance with the constitution, was approved by the house during a meeting on Sunday May, 25, 2025.

Engr. Somoye will oversee technical matters in the estate for the remaining months of the administration's tenure.

Pay Your 2025 Supervision and Insurance Fees

Dear Residents of Abesan Estate,

As we continue to work towards improving our community, we want to remind everyone of the importance of paying their supervision and insurance fees for 2025. Last year, we had a productive meeting with LBIC, and they have committed to being more responsive and responsible.

However, for us to hold them accountable and demand better services, we must fulfill our own obligations. Paying the supervision and insurance fees of N8,000 is crucial in showing our commitment to the well-being of our estate. Please note that this payment is required once a year.

By paying your fees, you'll not only be contributing to the improvement of our community, but you'll also have a stronger voice in holding LBIC accountable for their promises, especially on the issue of the Retail Market!

Abesan Estate will not partake in the planned protest!

Good day, everyone. It is important I communicate this resolve of the association to all residents for our information (fyi).

During our monthly General Meeting held on Sunday, 28th July, 2024, the topic of protest was discussed, and although the conversation became heated, Abesan Estate ultimately decided not to participate in the protest due to its violent undertones.

While we acknowledge that there are legitimate reasons to protest, the motivations behind this particular protest are unclear. We must be cautious not to be exploited or put in harm's way.

Parents were advised to inform their children and wards of the Estate's resolution.
