The digital world should be a safe space for everyone, but staying protected also requires intentional actions. From securing your accounts with strong digital habits to speaking up when something feels wrong, your safety is a priority.

If you ever feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or threatened, remember that you don’t have to face it alone. Block, report, and reach out to those you trust, your voice has the power to protect both you and your community.

Stay alert, stay secure, and always speak up even if your voice shakes.

Online spaces should be safe for everyone, but digital sexual abuse remains a serious threat. By learning to identify the signs, we can create a stronger line of defense for ourselves and our community.

Awareness is our greatest tool. If you or someone you know is being targeted, you don’t have to face it alone.

Building a Consent Culture starts with understanding that the response “YES” must be ongoing, clear and willing. Consent must be freely given, mutual and can be withdraw at any time.

If it’s not clear and genuine, then it’s a NO!! Let’s all work together to respect boundaries and protect each other.

If you or someone you know has been affected by sexual abuse, please reach out for support- [email protected]

Not every assault looks the same, and that is exactly why it can be so hard to recognize. Sexual assault can happen anywhere either at home, at work, or at a party and it is sometimes carried out by someone the person knows, such as a partner or a friend.

By educating ourselves on the different ways it happens, we can better challenge misconceptions and support those affected.

Remember that CONSENT is the only definition that matters.

Many harmful beliefs of sexual violence still exist and these misconceptions leads to spread of misinformation which eventually silence victims and survivors, creating barriers to the support they deserve.

At DOHS, we are building a safer community. Together let’s challenge the harmful misconceptions that silence survivors.

If you or someone you know has been affected, we are here to listen and help.

This month and beyond, we stand with survivors. We highlight the fact that consent isn’t just saying YES; it is an ongoing conversation.

In honor of the sexual awareness month, we are educating the public on the impact of sexual violence and encouraging all on the need to always speak up whenever such cases arise! Let’s create a culture where survivors are heard, protected and supported.

Today, we’re shining a light on Victoria Eluma, our brilliant Team Lead for Analysis, Review, and Report Writing. Victoria doesn’t just look at data; she uncovers the stories that society often tries to look away from.
By documenting abuse and femicide, she ensures that gender-based violence is no longer overlooked or unaddressed. Her work is the backbone of our mission to confront painful realities with hard facts and unwavering advocacy.
“I firmly believe safety and justice for women and children should not be optional.” — Victoria Eluma

Thank you, Victoria, for your heart, your sharp mind, and your dedication to making the world a safer place for everyone. đź’ś
