ā€œIā€™m learning plumbing, and hereā€™s what nobody told me...ā€_

I remember my first month on site.
That yellow vest? Safety first. That drill? Breaking through to lay pipes properly. That big blue pipe? Thatā€™s going to carry water for someoneā€™s home.
I started because I wanted a skill that pays, that canā€™t be replaced by AI, and that lets me be my own boss.
Itā€™s tough. My hands ache. But when I finish a job and see water running because _I_ did it... that feeling is different.
To every lady watching: you donā€™t have to choose soft jobs, You can choose skilled job

A big thank you to Ishk Tolaram Foundation EnergyPlumbing professional services
